KNF-60 automatic high speed tube filler and sealer can fill and seal ointment, cream jellies,toothpaste, lotion,jam and viscosity material, sealing , batch number embossing (include manufacture date) automatically. It’s ideal equipment for plastic tube and laminated tube.

1.Servo control makes it precise and convenient to adjust the filling amount by touch screen.

2. Full automatic feeding of tubes,normal speed is 40-60 pcs/min .

3. The tank is made up of 304/316 stianless steel, and the valve could make sure filling accuracy <1%

4. Leister heating gun for KNF-60  heating process to achieve perfect sealing effect .
