Description:
This production line has the capacity of 100 bts/min (100ml bottle as example).It is suitable for big dosage transfusion liquid filling.
This line is developed by our technical personnel based on the former model with imported advanced technology and material .Its structure is more reasonable and practical. It is suitable for big dosage liquid (including liquid with high viscosity) filling in hospital and food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. It integrate gmp requirements into the designing of the machinery so that the machines are without contamination and easy to clean. It can ensure producing qualified drugs.

   Outer feature:outer material is stainless steel, dull polished. The whole line is good in appearance, easy to clean. It complies with gmp regulations and can be suitable for several bottle specs.

Filling dosage feature:no dripping, no forming, no spitting.

Performance feature:the whole line can single machine control or interlock control. Washing machine water and air ensure washing effect. The silicon oil is controlled by the electric valve, and it can be sprayed equally. The drug liquid in the bottle can be pushed by piston smoothly and equal consumption of liquid can be ensured. Good sealing performance can protect the liquid in the bottle. Servo motor ensures filling precision. 10-Head capping machine ensure sealing effect; labeling machine pneumatic coding ensure labeling speed.
Comply with gmp requirements. Contact part is made of s.S. 316L, silicone rubber or ptfe material which is easy to clean and without contamination.
