The Jet mill system Features
a. No rise in temperature: the temperature will not increase as the material
are pulverized under the working condition of pneumatic expansion and the
temperature in the milling cavity is kept normal. ,little abrasion and low
noise.
b. No contamination: The whole process is contamination-free as the
materials are moved by airflow and crushed through impact and collision
each other in air proof condition.
c. Feeding process is enclosed with negative pressure air transportation, no
powder pollution. finished products outlet can connect directly with packing
machine ,no waste.
d. The milling process apply the fluidized-bed jet mill work principle ,high
efficiency,uniform distribution particles, powerful production capacity.
e. Compact structure, easy installation and dismantlement. easy to clean
the equipment.
f. Superfine and uniform particle size and fineness can be 0.5-30um.The
whole system is controlled by remote PLC.
