Product Description

Design Principles

Dissolver PSD practical and well dispersed.

PSD is an excellent frequency cntrolled high speed disperser,with which the different dispersion disks can be attached

The dispersion disk gives the share force to product with the maximum liner sped at the ade of the disk.Circulation of the products is made by radian acceleration of the rotating disk.

The maximum disk liner speed is 25-35 m/s.

Dispersion speed is frequency controlled and thepositioning of the dispersion disk(up of down) is conducted electrically or hydrolytically.

Specially designed double layer tooth disk,gives excellent mixing and dispersing result of product and a fast feeding of solid with much less dust.

Formulas:

Circle cirumference C= d×π

Example:

Disk diameter 450mm

Shaft speed 1200 rpm

C=0.45m×3.1416=1.4737m

1200rpm:60s=20rps

Peripheral speed=1.4137m×20rps=28.274 m/s.
