Injection Whole Set Dispensing System Plant

 

The whole injection dispensing system plant line includes multi-media filter, carbon filter, softener, RO feed tank, reverse osmosis, deionization, purified water storage tank, still, water for injection storage tank, pumps, stainless steel mixing tanks (injection preparation tanks). All parts of the equipment that contact with the material are all made by stainless steel and are GMP compliant construction.

Filters: Removing Particulates from Water,In most cases, the water entering a reverse osmosis (RO) system is filtered to remove larger particles, larger meaning bigger than 1 to 5 microns, depending on the system. 
The mixing tank consist the following parts and accessories.
inner cylinder, outer cylinder, jecketed, supporting foot, insulation layer, sanitary manhole, mirror, light, material and liquid inlet and outlet pipe, respirator, CIP cleaning nozzle, thermometer, vacuum pressure gauge, etc.
It is the preferred equipment for injection, infusion and other pharmaceutical materials preparation process.
