Usage:

This machine is suitable for coating all non-woven cloth (can produce cooling gel patches, cataplasm plaster,  mosquito repellent plaster, ease pain plaster, under-eye bags plaster, hairdressing mask plaster, hydrogel nose plaster, weight-losing plaster and other transdermal drug delivery products).

Characteristic:

● PLC computer control and HMI touch screen system

● Photoelectricity tracking orientation, feeding materials automatically.

● Basic material feeding →double rollers coating→carve forming→pneumatic vertical cutting→hob pressing→finished product

● Material placement is fixed by the air-expansion shaft with 76 core diameter, the tension is controlled by the magnetic powder brake which is adjustable

● The vacuum absorption device is equipped in the position from pneumatic cutter to hob, reduce the tension effectively, control the error of finished products cutting

● The material tank is made of tetrafluoroethylene, the outer shell is made of stainless steel, comply with medical standards

● Equipped with visual window, easy to operate and improve the beauty of machine.
