Azamethiphos, an organophosphorus insecticide, is a beige to grey powder with a peculiar smell. It is slightly soluble in water and easily soluble in organic solvents such as methanol and dichloromethane. Used to kill blood-sucking insects such as flies in livestock and poultry houses. As an active pharmaceutical ingredient, Azamethipohos are often used to prepare veterinary drugs. Exogenous fly attractants are often added to the preparations of this product, which have a trapping effect on flies and can be used for spraying or coating.
This product is a new type of organophosphorus insecticide with high efficiency and low toxicity. Mainly stomach poison, with contact effect, killing flies, cockroaches, ants, and some adult insects. Because adult insects have the habit of licking and feeding, medicines that act through stomach poison are more effective. If combined with an inducer, it can increase the ability to induce flies by 2 to 3 times. It also has the characteristics of a long residual period. Spread it on cardboard, hang it in the house or stick it on the wall, the residual effect can reach 10-12 weeks, and spray it on the wall and ceiling for 6-8 weeks. It is a broad-spectrum pesticide, widely used to control pests, i.e. cockroaches, bugs, spiders, and other arthropods, especially flies.
Thus, it is a good choice to promote animal health and wellness, by controlling pests in animal barns, salmon farms, etc.
95%: efficient fly killer
