Beijing Four Rings Bio-pharmaceutical Co., Ltd was founded in 1988, is one of the earliest enterprise that engaged in the research, manufacturing, and marketing of bio-engineering products. In 2001 the company was purchased by Jiangsu Sihuan Bioengineering Co., Ltd listed in the Stock Market with a investment of 60 million USD. The company purchased a set of manufacturing facilities used in the small volume liquid manufacturing, and is one of the earliest manufacturer that have prefilled syringe filling. In 2004, the company invested new factory that can meet European GMP standard, the new factory can manufacturing both engineering cell and engineering bacterial products, and also have its own QC Lab and research center.
