Shanghai Shenlu Homogenizer Co., Ltd. is a domestic joint venture with fixed net assets of more than 0.2 billion yuan. Its address is Shanghai Anting Fangtai High-tech Enterprise Park. It integrates the advantages of state-owned and collective enterprises and introduces a full set of high-tech talents and management personnel of China's 150Mpa high-pressure homogenizer. Following more than 30 years of rich experience in research and development, they have completed breakthroughs in the structure, material and technology of the homogenizer. The Shenlu homogenizer created has a high starting point and high quality reputation at home and abroad. It has been selected as the selection machine for technological transformation and expansion by China's famous super-large users, such as Hengrui Pharmaceutical, Federal Pharmaceutical, Zhejiang Pharmaceutical, Yiling Pharmaceutical, Yabao Pharmaceutical, Cargill Foods, Nestle, Danone, Hangzhou Wahaha, Hebei Yangyuan, Jiangsu Weiwei, Shanghai Guangming, Lebaishi, Huiyuan Juice, etc. Exports to the United States, Spain, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and other countries. In recent years, Shenlu homogenizer in the traditional ten advantages on the basis of continuous efforts, the machine structure has been further optimized, mainly in the following aspects: Pump body structure: shenlu is divided into integral type and split type. The sealing surface of the pump body of the two structures is less, and the material should not leak (each group of one-way valves has only 2 seals). The maximum flow rate of the homogenizer currently used is 40 t/H and the maximum pressure is 150MPa. The pump body of homogenizer of other domestic manufacturers is generally designed with more three-piece sealing surfaces. This homogenizer material is easy to leak and the pump body bolts are easy to break, which takes time to disassemble and assemble. Material aspect: shenlu's check valve and plunger are made of the fifth generation of special alloy materials. They are bionic by vacuum heat treatment and have the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high hardness, ensuring the service life (the highest hardness can reach HRC60). Other domestic manufacturers are still using 1Cr17Ni2 steel or cast cobalt-based alloy, which has low hardness, brittleness and easy fracture. Transmission structure: shenlu transmission is a crank arm symmetrical herron gear, which has stable and reliable transmission, low noise, an average increase in mechanical efficiency of about 10%, and a low failure rate of the whole machine. Other domestic manufacturers are generally single-arm suspension helical gears or herringbone gears. When the single-arm suspension gear transmission, the gear meshing contact surface is narrow and noisy, and at the same time it brings trouble to maintenance. There are also manufacturers using external reducer transmission, long transmission chain, low efficiency, and covers a large area. Shenlu crankshaft bearing is made of zinc-aluminum alloy, wear-resistant, long service life, better than other manufacturers of traditional copper alloy material. Flow: the Shenlu homogenizer has sufficient flow and the one-way valve is more wear-resistant, ensuring that the flow is ≥ the rated flow value and ensuring the production efficiency of customers. automated homogenizer: in recent years, the requirements for the degree of automation in China have been continuously improved.
