Vidya has over 15 years of experience in the cell and gene therapy field, ranging from R&D, Field Application Scientist, Product Management and Global Marketing. She is passionate about transformative and innovative science and in her current role she develops, leads and executes West’s marketing strategy to ensure a strong presence in the Advanced therapies market. She works closely with R&D, Product Management and Commercial teams to define an overall product and technology marketing strategy that will enable customers to utilize West’s products and solutions to efficiently get the drug therapy approved and bring to market. Vidya holds a PhD in Neuroscience and completed her post doctoral training in Neurogenetics from Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA.
Kok Li is currently the Senior Manager for Technical Customer Services, Asia Pacific in West Pharmaceutical Services. She holds a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. She has been with West since 2007 and is involved in the technical support of customers in the Asia Pacific region. She works closely with customers to address their various technical issues, such as requirements for packaging or recommendations for processing. Kok Li leads a team of 8 members in the AP region to establish a good scientific understanding of the packaging and delivery systems, so as to provide insights and value-added learnings to the customers.
