Introducing the Italian advanced software and hardware technologies for butyl rubber stopper production management, the company conducted design and construction according to GMP, to form the most modern and normalized production base of butyl rubber stoppers with annual production of 4 billion pieces. Huafeng currently accounts for 15% shares of the Chinese market thanks to its more than 40 years of experience in stable rubber manufacturing, and has products such as film laminated rubber stopper, powder injection rubber stopper, freeze-drying rubber stopper, infusion bottle rubber stopper, PP/TPE cap, and film laminated rubber gasket. The company drives itself to continue to grow through technological innovation, wherein, it focused on launching “film laminated butyl rubber stopper” in 2004, with features such as contacting drugs with FEP, ETFE or PTFE film, good compatibility with agents, high clarity, and applying to drugs with high activity/high sensitivity/strong acidity/strong alkalinity. It developed the “polypropylene/thermoplastic elastomer combined cap” that has a Chinese patent in 2012, with characteristics and performance: small puncture force, good puncture exfoliation and self-sealing performance, and ease of use; safety: integral structure of elastomer and shell, without leakage or needle slip; manufacturing performance: simple process, little pollution and low manufacturing cost.
