Automatic narrow mouth bottle rinsing machine

This machine is suitable for washing narrow mouth bottles by using special plate as carrier. The bottles are put reversely in the each bottle hole of the plate, each plate 40 bottles. Push the plate with bottles into the cleaning box to the specified position, PLC controls the cylinder to complete the following actions: push the plate- the lifting frame falls to the cleaning position (the cleaning needles automatically insert into the bottles)-first spray reuse water( the length of time is set on the touch screen)- stop the reuse water and spray purified compressed air (the time can be set)-stop the  purified compressed air and spray purified water (the time can be set)-stop the purified water and spray purified compressed air (the time can be set)-stop the gas, the lifting frame automatically rises- the plate is automatically pushed into the turning box to turn 180 degrees- the plate is pushed off the turning box-the plate rises, the bottle stays on the tray-the empty plate is pushed off the rack and be recycled.
