A micro-channel reactor is a micro-channel reactor with a specific size between 10-500 microns manufactured by means of precision machining technology. The common feature of these micro-channel reactors is that chemical reactions take place in tiny spaces. The average size of the channels is 1-3.5 mm; the microchannel reactor contains thousands of tiny channels, which can achieve a high output.
Microchannel reactors usually contain small channel sizes and channel diversity, fluid flows in these channels, and the required reactions take place in these channels. This results in a very large surface area/volume ratio in microstructured chemical equipment.
The micro-channel reactor is driven by a high-pressure constant-flow pump to perform repeated collisions, which effectively improves the yield, shortens the reaction time, reduces the occurrence of side reactions, and completely eliminates the amplification effect.
The micro-channel reactor is a three-dimensional structural element made of titanium alloy, zirconium alloy and Harmonic alloy as the main material, which is made of a solid substrate by special micro-processing technology and can be used for chemical reaction. Increase the probability of surface contact, so that the reaction materials are fully reacted.
Suitable for chemical reactions: sulfonation, format, hydrogenation, nitration, oxidation, esterification, diazotization and other reactions.
