Product Description

Mondiol is an insect repellent, insecticide composition characterized by: an insect repellent, insecticide composition comprising (a) lemongrass oil (citronella oil);(B) mondiol;(c) vanillin; and (d) a delivery vehicle; wherein: the mass ratio of p-menthyl-3, 8 diol and lemongrass oil (citronella oil) is 10-2:1. The advantages of the present invention: is based on known natural ingredients to alleviate the limitations of current products. The use of two or more insect repellent materials in a synergistic manner produces a product with added benefits and superior efficacy in a unique formulation. The study found that this new composition can effectively repel mosquitoes and has a strong insect repellent effect. Formulations containing lemongrass oil (citronella oil) and meng-diol have been shown to be effective against Anopheles mosquitoes, the mosquito-borne Anopheles mosquitoes, and Aedes aegypti, which transmit dengue and yellow fever.
