Chloropretadalafil adaptation disorder: erectile dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension
Pharmacology: It is a selective reversible inhibitor of cyclic guanosine phosphate (cGMP) specific phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5). When sexual stimulation results in the local release of nitric oxide, PDE5 is inhibited by tadalafil, raising the level of cGMP in the penis sponge, which leads to smooth muscle relaxation and blood flow into the penis tissue, producing an erection, such as asexual stimulation.
