Famotidine for Injection

Note: the content below does not include all the information needed to use Famotidine for Injection safely and effectively. Please read the package insert carefully and follow the doctors’ instructions before use the product.
INDICATIONS AND USAGE
Mainly indicated for:
Peptic ulcer bleeding;
Acute gastric mucosal damage and gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by NSAIDs at a state of stress.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Adults:
- Intravenous injection: 20 mg once, twice a day. Dissolve with 20 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride injection or glucose injection, and inject intravenously slowly or mix with infusion for intravenous drip.
- Intramuscular injection: 20mg once, twice a day. Dissolve with 1~1.5 mL of water for injection, and injected intramuscularly.
Children:
The dosage is 0.4 mg/kg once, twice a day, and used as the same above.
