Two Configurations to Match Different Applications

Desktop Micro Fixed-Bed Reactor System
Compact in size and suitable for laboratories with limited space. It allows fine control over temperature, pressure, and flow parameters, supporting micro-scale reaction studies and process optimization. -
Floor-Standing Mobile Fixed-Bed Reactor System
Built for stability and mobility, this system is suitable for larger laboratories or facilities that require flexible positioning. Its movable design makes it convenient for use across different lab areas or locations.

Product features:
High performance: built-in high-precision sensors and industrial automatic control system, safe operation, small mixing, when the fluid and the catalyst effective contact, if the reaction is accompanied by series side reaction, the system has optimized selectivity; good experimental reproducibility, and the catalyst mechanical loss is small.
Excellent quality: reactor, condenser and high and low pressure separator adopt special internal surface treatment process and structure design, can meet the experimental requirements of different catalysts and process; pressure reducing valve, back pressure valve, flowmeter and pipe valve are selected imported components, performance stability, safe and reliable; using high strength integrated stainless steel frame, high quality stainless steel operation panel, the overall layout is reasonable, strong and durable.
Intelligent: using programmable controller and computer control and automatic operation, the temperature, flow, pressure signal and detector signal of each operation point are automatically collected by the system to display the changes of all parameters in the reaction process in real time; the LCD touch screen control interface, temperature and flow value can be set by itself, and the reaction pressure can be mediated by manual or automatic control of the back pressure valve.
Easy: modular design structure, simple operation and maintenance, easy upgrading of future device; skid-mounted design, easy handling; no special requirements for experimental environment, indoor laboratory environment can meet the requirements.
Rich selection of accessories: according to the actual needs, users can choose oil heat exchange or molten salt heat transfer reactor, computer online data collection and temperature control software, online sampling six-way valve, various types of liquid feeding pump and gas chromatograph configuration
