INDICATIONS AND USAGE
It is indicated for:
preoperative preparation of endoscopy of stomach, duodenum and colon, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, air barium hypotonic angiography of stomach, duodenum and colon, or preoperative preparation of abdominal CT scan, which can reduce or inhibit gastrointestinal peristalsis;
Gastrointestinal spasm, biliary colic or hyperactivity of gastrointestinal peristalsis caused by various causes.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Intramuscular injection, intravenous injection or intravenous drip after dissolved in 5% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection.
For adults, use 10~20 mg once, or 10 mg for one time, and 10 mg after 20~30 min interval.
