Ingredients: Active ingredient: paclitaxel Molecular formula: C47H51NO14 Molecular weight: 853.9 This product is a multi-use formulation specification. Each ml of sterile injectable solution contains 6 mg of paclitaxel, 527 mg of purified polyoxyethylene castor oil (Cremophor ELP) and 49.7% (volume/volume) absolute ethanol. Properties: This product is colorless to yellowish viscous liquid. Indications: First-line and subsequent treatment of advanced ovarian cancer. Patients with node-positive breast cancer are treated as adjuvant therapy after standard doxorubicin-containing regimens combined with chemotherapy. Patients with breast cancer with metastatic breast cancer who have failed chemotherapy in combination with chemotherapy or who have relapsed within 6 months of adjuvant chemotherapy. First-line treatment for patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Second-line treatment of AIDS-associated Kaposi's sarcoma. Dosage: Note: It is not recommended to contact undiluted concentrated chemicals with plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) vessels used to prepare drip solutions. In order to reduce the patient's exposure to DEHP plastic substances [di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, di-(2-ethylhexy)phthalate) that may be released by polyvinyl chloride drip bags or other devices, the diluted solution should be stored in glass bottles, polypropylene bottles or (polypropylene, polyolefin) plastic bags, and polyethylene-lined drug delivery equipment should be used for instillation. |
