| Ingredients: Active ingredient: Palonosetron hydrochlorideExcipients: mannitol, edetic acid two, olivicic acid, plumic acid, hydrochloric acid, hydroxide, water for injection. Properties: This product is a colorless clear liquid. Indications: This product is suitable for adults:Prevention of acute nausea and vomiting caused by highly emetogenic chemotherapy.Prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting caused by moderate emetic chemotherapy.Prevention of nausea and vomiting after surgery 24/J and within the hour.This product is suitable for patients under 1 month to 17 years of age:Prevention of acute nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, including highly emetogenic chemotherapy. Dosage: Prevention of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy:Adults: Intravenous palonosetron 0.25 mg approximately 30 minutes before the start of chemotherapy, which should be given for more than 30 seconds.Children (1 month to under 17 years): Intravenous palonosetron 20 μgl kg (maximum 1.5 mg) approximately 30 minutes before the start of chemotherapy should be given for more than 15 minutes.Prevention of nausea and vomiting after surgery:The recommended dose is: Palonosetron 0.075 mg intravenously immediately before induction of anesthesia for more than 10 seconds.The concentration of this product is 0.05mg/mL and can be administered directly intravenously. |
