Co-located alongside Hi Japan is the S-tec Japan exhibition. S-tec Japan is the ONLY exhibition for food safety and quality control in Japan. These parallel events provide a one-step source of information on food safety and health functions, and attract all of the professionals from the food industry to one location.

Exhibitor Presentations are programs where exhibitors present papers introducing new products, the results of research and the announcement of new business developments. A total of more than 350 presentations were given by exhibitors during Hi Japan 2012.

Special Conference
In addition to the “Exhibitor Presentations” programme, there is a “Special Conference” that features high-profile speakers presenting papers on the latest developments in ingredients technology, marketing trends and advances in food safety and quality control. There were 41 conference sessions during Hi Japan 2012.
