The first Chinese International Symposium of Evaluation and Treatment for Cerebral Palsy in Children

Cerebral Palsy is one of the common disease which cause disabilities in children in China. The prevalence of Cerebral Palsy is about 0.1-0.2% and we have around 1 million newly diagnosed cases each year. With the development of our economy, people realize that the treatment and rehabilitation for cerebral palsy children are become more and more important. Moreover, the treatment and rehabilitation involve more than just medial resources, but socialism, education etc. Considering about this situation, the purpose of this meeting is to improve our evaluation and treatment of cerebral palsy in China, therefor, our children could benefit from this and their quality of life would be changed. Pediatric orthopaedic group, orthopaedic association of CPAM, cooperated with other Committees and associations, hosts the 1st Chinese International Symposium of Evaluation and Treatment for Cerebral Palsy in Children and we welcome all of you who are interested in this area join us for this big event!
