The Pf Awards 2018

Pf Awards started 18 years ago. Most companies recognised the success of their top performers internally; however, the industry didn’t have a cross-industry platform of recognising and rewarding success. There was a gap in the industry that needed filling. A Steering Group was formed which was a mixture of industry personnel and representation from the recruitment arena and ideas were discussed.

Have the award categories changed much?We have made many award category changes over the years as we adapt with changes in the industry. We haven’t lost sight of the traditional roles though and still have the Primary Care and Secondary Care Specialist Awards. We now have awards recognising Joint Working where we didn’t have these 18 years ago when the role of the Key Account Manager was still relatively new, so the industry has certainly seen some changes which the Pf Awards has mirrored

Are the Pf Awards really the premier awards?The Pf Awards have always been widely regarded as the premier awards in the pharmaceutical industry by E4H and our partners however, the Pf Awards is now externally recognised as the premier awards which is superb.
