WDD 2017

Dear Friends and Colleagues, 

On behalf of the organizing commission, we welcome you to attend BIT’s 8^th World DNA and Genome Day (WDD-2017), which will be held during April 25-27, 2017, Xi’an, China. This event is designed for promoting life science and biotech development and accelerating international education exchange and scientific information exchange in China.  

BIT Congress is a professional conference organization, and National Foreign Expert Databank dedicated to the promotion of intellectual exchanges and collaborations in technology and science, particularly in Life Sciences, IT, New Energy, Materials Science, Environmental Science, and Marine Technologies. BIT has organized major international symposia and conferences with participation of leading scientists and industrial leaders from around the world for 13 years.

WDD, as one of the BITS’s branded conferences, had been successfully organized in Dalian, Xi’an and Nanjing. To updating the frontiers of life sciences and Industrial Biotechnology, WDD-2017 comes to Xi’an City again. We believe worldwide scientists and biotech entrepreneurs in Bioscientific fields will create huge opportunities for the famous coastal City by showcasing the growth and breakthrough of genetic medicine at a time when so many new therapies and diagnostic evaluations are available. The conference has broad public support and has the additional goal of spreading and increasing the understanding of modern biological sciences among the lay public. The idea exchanges are always helpful for generating positive impact on propelling the regional advancement of science and technology. Your sharing common interests in our community would definitely make contributions to improving the quality of life and accelerate the bio-economy growth by using DNA and Genome-based technologies for next wave industrial revolution. We welcome you to Xi’an to revealing the secrets of DNA-based research, frontiers of human genomics, and biotechnological breakthroughs.

Xi'an enjoys the title of "A Natural Museum of History", it has been the most popular tourist city in China and the World owing to its brilliant historical and cultural relics, and spring is the most pleasant season for a visit. There would also be an opportunity to travel to other Chinese cities and present lectures. You are welcomed to submit papers and abstracts. Besides that, you are also encouraged to organize new session if your current research interests beyond our topics.

If you have been to prior meetings, we warmly welcome your return as our regular friends. If this is your first meeting, we also welcome you to our "family" gathering.
