2H-120GA Spool valve vacuum pump

一. Overview

This pump is a bipolar spool type mechanical vacuum pump, which is one of the vacuum pumping equipment for removing general gas or gas containing a small amount of condensable steam (air ballast device should be used).

Suitable for vacuum smelting, vacuum drying, vacuum coating, vacuum impregnation and other vacuum operations. It can be used alone or as a foreline pump for other vacuum pumps, but it is not suitable for pumping from one container to another. When removing an oxygen-containing, explosive, corrosive ferrous metal that is chemically reactive with vacuum oil, water, dust, etc., an additional device shall be added.

The meaning of the pump model: 2H-120GA

2- indicates a two-stage pump;

H- represents the spool vacuum pump (the first letter of the Chinese Pinyin "HUA").

120- indicates a geometric pumping speed of 120 liters/second.

G- represents a new and improved version.

A- indicates that the bearing is moving outward.

Features:

• The pump body and the pump cover, the mailbox and the fuel tank cap are all sealed with a sealing groove. The O-type is fully sealed, the seal is reliable, and the assembly and disassembly is convenient;

• The oil and gas separator in the pump is made of aluminum alloy, which is beautiful in appearance. When the exhaust valve is inspected, it is easy to assemble and disassemble;

• The GA type pump bearing moves outward, is separated from the pump chamber, and supplies oil separately, so as to prevent impurities or harmful gases from entering the bearing and prolonging the service life of the bearing;

2H-120GA type pumps are commonly used in 135 single crystal furnaces.
