Principle:

The classifier is a forced centrifugal classifier with two inlet and horizontal mounting grading rotor, which is composed of graded rotor, guide Vane rectifier, feeder and so on. The coarse particles above the grading diameter are rotated along the wall of the container, and two times the external air is rectified into a homogeneous swirl through the diversion part, the fine particles mixed or glued to the coarse powder are separated and clean, the coarse particles are discharged from the lower coarse grains after separation, and the fine grains below the grading diameter are collected by the cyclone separator and catcher after purification.
