Introduction:

Ammonialysis apparatus is a device that cuts DNA from a carrier by means of gas phase ammonialysis. The equipment has a built-in pressure vessel, which can pour ammonia gas into it, heat the liquid in the vessel and control the heating time. In this way, the temperature, time, and ammonia environment in the container can be controlled to achieve the purpose of cutting DNA.

1. The control method is fully automatic, without human intervention in the whole process, and can accurately realize temperature and pressure control.
2. The valve adopts German original proportional valve and on-off valve to achieve precise pressure control. The proportional valve can make the exhaust smoother and safer (it can be opened little by little).
