Use of Ascorbyl Palmitate:

One of the strongest antioxidants. It can prevent the formation of lipid peroxides, delay the oxidative deterioration of animal oil, vegetable oil, fish, margarine, milk and carotenoids, and the effect is better than BHA and BHT. If used in combination with other antioxidants such as vE, the antioxidant effect is more significant.
