Centrifugal Granulator Coater

Application:

The equipment is mainly used for powder granulating and coating, preparation of pellets, pellets coating (film coating, enteric coating, protective layer coating). It is also used for taste masking and coloring of powders, granules and pellets.

Features:

1.Centrifugal granulating, spheronization, and coating.

2.The side spray atomization design ensures up to 99% coating material usage and higher coating efficiency than conventional fluidized beds. Enteric coating weight gains up to 5% per hour. It needs only 2 to 4 hours to reach acid proof.

3.A special ventilating plate ensures sufficient air flow and heat dispersion on the bottom, making heat exchange more efficiently. Therefore, the coating process is efficient and effective.

4.The use of high speed centrifugal atomizing eliminates the powder flying phenomenon which is usually observed in the most of conventional spray gun atomization.

5.The device brings complete mixing with rotating airflow, achieving better coating uniformity than that from a conventional fluid bed.

6.Materials has less abrasion. Pellets are less broken. It is particularly suitable for low strength pellets coating.

7.The enteric coating collapse phenomenon is eliminated completely through the unique material move pattern.

8.GMP standard, three-level security authorization, parameters controlled by PLC，auto-save for all data which can be exported by USB devices.
