Cold Storage Plate

Three technologies: open cell water absorbing foam, vacuum packaging and phase change energy storage material are used to develop cold storage plates with excellent performance.

The phase change cold storage plate has the following advantages:

1.The latent heat of phase change is large and the energy storage is sufficient.

2.Without salting out and supercooling phenomenon, it has good thermal stability and stable phase transition temperature

3.The coefficient of thermal expansion is small, and the volume is basically unchanged when melting

4.No corrosion and toxicity. Even if the bag is broken, there will be no liquid leakage, so it can be carried on the plane and sent by express.

5.It is cost effective and can be used repeatedly. After repeated cold storage and emission test, the reduction of the cold storage is no more than 2.57%.

6.The size can be customized.
