This machine is a continuous through-flow drying equipment, which is used for drying flaky, strip and granular materials with good air permeability. It is especially suitable for dehydrated vegetables, Chinese herbal medicines and other materials with high moisture content but not high temperature allowed. This series of dryers have the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity and good product quality. For paste materials with dehydrated filter cake shape, they need to be granulated or processed.It can also be dried in rod shape.Material is evenly laid on the mesh by the feeder. The mesh is usually made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is driven by the transmission device to move in the dryer.The dryer consists of several units, each unit has an independent cycle of hot air, part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special exhaust fan, the exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve, and the hot gas is passed through the mesh belt covered with materials from bottom to top or from top to bottom to complete the process of heat and mass transfer and take away the moisture of materials.The mesh belt moves slowly, and the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature. The dried product is continuously dropped into the feeder.Upper and lower cycle units can be flexibly equipped according to users'needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.
