Vacuum source: vacuum generator or water-circulating vacuum pump

Filter: filtration range of sintered stainless steel type is 5μm or more;

 filtration range of PTFE type is 2μm or more;

 filtration range of Polyester type is 0.2μm or more.

Main part of Equipment : AISI 304 or AISI 316, internal polishing up to Ra < 0.8μm

Pneumatic valve: AISI 304 or AISI 316L, explosion-proof design
