Customer-specific parts

Customer-specific parts are individually designed products that have special geometries and sizes. They are tailored to specific applications in the pharmaceutical, food, beverage and chemical industries, where it is not possible to use standardized parts to ensure an optimal sealing function. These can for example be filling heads, double seat valves or frame gaskets. Sometimes a standard part, such as an O-ring, is modified and sometimes the whole geometry and material of the seal is individualized. At Freudenberg, the customer is closely involved in this development process. Freudenberg Sealing Technologies offers customer-specific sealing solutions in all kinds of elastomer and plastic materials or different material combinations - radial seals, shaft seals and many more. Our in-house test facilities and analysis methods make it possible to find the right sealing solution for every application.
