DMH dry heat sterilizer
1. Dezhong Class 100 Dry Heat Sterilizer Model: DMH (temperature up to 300 ℃)
2. Dezhong 100-class dry heat sterilizer is specially used for sterilization and depyrogenation of clean indoor appliances. This configuration is used for sterilization of freeze-dried plate, aluminum buckets, vials, aluminum caps, utensils and other appliances.
3. The sterilization cabinet is a double door device, it is designed that could be used for through-wall operation. It is made of 316L and 304 materials and meets GMP requirements.
4. Process steps
Charging-heating-drying-heating-sterilization-cooling-discharge
During the entire cycle, 100-level operating conditions can be guaranteed, including heating and cooling processes, and a sterilization temperature of 250℃. There is no need to extend the heating and cooling time during the heating and cooling process. This greatly speeds up the entire cycle.
Fast heating:
DMH series dry heat sterilizer adopts ring heater and volute-free fan structure.
The hot air is even and stable.
The heat distribution is uniform and the temperature is stable during the sterilization process.
Fast cooling:
A water cooling device is installed on the air outlet side of the sterilization room, which can quickly cool down.

The double-leaf swinging door with manual operation, the door frame is all welded, without rivets, screws or other fasteners to avoid dust accumulation and easy to clean.
Door interlocking device: After the charging door is closed, it must go through a complete and qualified sterilization procedure before the sterile door can be opened. The door gasket is a high temperature resistant silicone gasket that meets the FDA and GMP requirements. Good leakproofness and long life at high temperature. The door seal is sealed with a double-layer gasket, which greatly reduces the risk of leakage and heat conduction, and eliminates laminar flow disturbance caused by heat conduction to the sterile area.
Trolley
The guide rail of the trolley is smoothly connected with the inner chamber guide rail. The guide rail is provided with a limiting device to prevent the trolley from sliding in the sterilization room. Wheels and shafts are easy to clean, do not damage the ground, and do not cause particles or other pollution to the clean room.
Fixed air divider design
The airflow is more stable and uniform; it is easy to remove and no adjustment is required during installation.
The adjustable air distribution plate may affect the partial ventilation due to improper maintenance or operation of the angle change of the air distribution plate, and then cause uneven heat distribution.
Circulating fan
The circulating fan adopts a volute structure: the wind speed is more uniform and stable, so that a stable static pressure box is formed on the efficient air inlet side. The heater adopts a ring heater, which is evenly distributed around the fan, so that the circulating air is heated more uniformly and more stably.
The output shaft of the circulating fan adopts an air-tight design: after introducing a new fan high-efficiency filter, clean air adds positive pressure to the fan output shaft. This design can avoid heat loss due to air leakage in the sterilization romm; meanwhile, it can also prevent external pollutants from entering the clean room through the fan output shaft.

The HEPA filter specially designed by Dezhong adopts a suspension structure to achieve a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius.
Anti-leakage device; The air inlet tube of the filter seal frame is connected to the inlet of the circulating fan, thereby creating a negative pressure at the seal; avoiding the leakage of the high temperature sealing strip due to long-term thermal expansion and contraction.
