Drying Granulating Line

• All factories for solid particles production are required to be certified, and are in the face of the rationalization problem of drug production.  Nowadays, more and more pharmacy factories pay attention to the characteristics such as production flexibility and consecutive stability, the sealing and easy to clean. The factories could take into full consideration the equipments from point to whole side. Therefore,the design ideas of the modular solid-particle production are put forward.

•  It is not a common concept for the modular design in today’s developed countries, but our country just in her primary step, is bound to be opposed to the traditional pharmacy course. Especially in the field of our traditional Chinese medicine, this new concept is urgently needed. And just accepting this new idea in our mind, we can then solve the actual problems in production.

• According to the different basic procedures, this concept can be divided into several different module groups, for example,the tablet dose is divided into the modules such as the powder modules before mill (including mill, filter etc), the general mixing and grinding granulator module, the press tablet module and the packaging module. All of these modules not only need to take into account the individual system settings, but also need to consider the quantitative distribution, product code printing, sealing and centralized control , and then combine them into the whole module system

• Our GLG series equipments (sealed granulating system) is the advanced system in the world. The modular design in the sealing process is able to avoid the secondary pollution, fully in line with GMP requirements. The advantages of the system are as follows,

  Ø In the traditional granulation process, each equipment is placed in a separate clean room, for example, wet mixing

               granulators in a clean room, fluidized bed dryer in a separate  room, the general mixer and the grinding granulator

               are operated in another room. Then there comes the  problem that the space between them must be improved,

               otherwise secondary pollution cannot be avoided. Yet the GLG system can avoid this problem for its sealed 

               transport  and complete the whole process in the clean room, being more scientific, more rational , more

               space-saving , and in line with GMP requirements

  Ø Considering the rationality among the various systems, GLG system can maximize the production in the

               granulating process and ensure the production continuity and stability.

  Ø The GLG system adopts the central integrated control system to collect and set the dates of the wet granulator

               and fluidized dryer by network.   The monitoring of the production process makes the production automatic to
