    DWM high-efficiency pulverizer is widely used in the pulverization and granulation of various antibiotic raw materials, aseptic injection crystallization products, large-scale freeze-dried products, peptide products and various aseptic raw materials.

    Under the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating pulverizing knife, the particles of the pulverized material are thrown radially, and the particles and the knives, the particles and the inner wall of the pulverizing chamber, and the particles and the particles are sheared and impacted at high speed, and the particles satisfying the requirements passes through the mesh hole along the tangential direction until the pulverization of all materials is completed.

    1, Easy to disassemble, clean, sterilize

    All the components in the mill chamber - mill knives, sieves, seal rings, chamber, etc. can be easily disassembled for cleaning and sterilization. The mill knife can be reversed and assembled to suit the crushing materials of different types.

    2, Compact, simple, easy to move.

     

    3, Unique constant feeding and "lock gas" device

    The imported original air motor uses compressed air as the power source to drive the constant feeding valve to rotate. In addition to uniform feeding, there is a “lock gas” function which holds the first pass to prevent powder return.

    Air motor features: smooth operation, stepless speed change, forward, reverse, explosion-proof.

    4 Gas balance tube device

    The pressure at the feed port is balanced with the gas pressure at the discharge port, and the second pass to prevent back powder is held.

    5, specially designed S-type buffer hopper

    6. Specially designed air sealing device

    7. Micro-powder capture device

    For some special materials, such as some material with a bulk density of less than 0.25Kg / L, occasionally a small amount of "powder gas" overflows from the gas seal. At this time, it is necessary to install a micro-powder trap, and a small amount of "powder gas" will be collected into a trap or filter bag by a hose connected to the gas seal.
