DWP Series Mesh-Belt Dryer

Applications
    DWP series mesh-belt dryer is mainly used for drying fiber plate, plaster plate, paper case plate, pulp film, coated cloth etc. The machine is also suitable for drying the sheet state material and some special materials.
Principle
    Hot air flows spray to the materials on the transmission belt from downward or upward through narrow seams or holes. Because the spray air speed is more than 15m/s, so the heat transmitting film is very thin, coefficient of heat transfer is big and the drying speed is fast. When the material is air tight, the upper spray air flow will return to the top and lower spray air flow will return to the bottom, then air flows will be circulated. For some good permeability materials, the air flows will pass through the inside of materials. The heating resource can be steam, electricity, thermal furnaces and combustion oil air etc.
