Pipeline(in-line) high shear homogenizing emulsifier is an efficient emulsifier which is designed to constantly produce or circularly process fine materials. The high shear homogenizing emulsifier is to disturb one or several phases to another continuous phase quickly and evenly with high efficiency, and generally, the phases cannot dissolve with each other. The material will be processed in the narrow space between stator and rotor by high tangential speed and strong energy of motion respectively produced by fast-turning rotor and high frequency mechanical effect. By the operation of intensively shearing, centrifugally extruding, impacting and breaking, liquid layer attrition and even turbulence, the materials of solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase that cannot dissolve will be refined, dispersed and emulsified instantly with the help of mature technology and right amount of additive. After reciprocating circulation, the finished products will be stable and have high quality.
Working principle
The machine develop in horizontal structure and there is a set of rotor and stator in the long and narrow working chamber, which can match with each other perfectly with high collaboration. The intermediate shaft powered by electric run in high speed motor to form a vacuum space between rotor and stator in where the materials are sucked from inlet. The rotor powered by strong motion energy generate high tangential speed and thus the materials will spurt to cause turbulence after being intensively crashed, crushed, centrifugally extruded, liquid layer attrition and strongly sheared.
