Working Principle:

Under the monitoring of the intelligent system, the bottle comes into the preheating area of the tunnel sterilizing oven, the high temperature sterilization area (the setting temperature of the oven is more than 350 degrees C, the time of the high temperature zone is more than 3min) and the low temperature cooling zone. The speed of the conveyor belt is stepless and adjustable, and the temperature monitoring system can be set, displayed, monitored, recorded and printed. The whole operation is always under the protection of 100 level laminar flow.
