Easy operation

All production fluidized beds can realize material flow design in horizontal and vertical directions. Feeding can be accomplished by gravity of the material itself or by suction.

Material trough can be moved and turned out (when a certain batch production is achieved). Dust-free feeding and unloading can be realized by lifting column.

Discharge can also be achieved by side suction, or by vertical utilization of the gravity of the material itself and the bottom structure of the rotating material trough. Bottom overturning discharging is the most effective method in fluidized bed discharging.
