Features: The baffle filter screen is separated by a corrugated aluminum partition with a thickness of at least 0.0038 mm. The corrugated aluminum baffle maintains the spacing between each pleated filter paper, and the air flow is easily passed through to ensure effective use of the filter material and increase strength. The aluminum baffle double pleats prevent the filter paper from being inserted for maximum safety.
Filter material: The filter material is made of ultra-fine high-density glass fiber, and the filter media is sealed by polyurethane sealant to ensure airtightness around the filter material.
Frame: The frame can be made of galvanized iron frame, aluminum frame or stainless steel frame. Available in box, single flange and double flange. A metal mesh can be added to both sides of the filter.
