Flooded system water chiller

SCHLEE flooded water cooled screw chiller is with high reliable screw compressor, efficiency flooded heat exchanger and low oil position protection to eradicate the compressor work without oil and ensured heat exchange pipe no oil film thermal resistance, increased heat exchange efficiency, make sure the compressor can return oil in part load and full load. The unit is tested by laboratory to ensure the quality.

Features

Stable
The unit is using high quality double screw compressor, the part of screw compressor is 1/10 of reciprocating compressor, vibration is 1/5 of reciprocating compressor. Radial direction and axial direction are all use high precise Germany FAG and Sweden SKF bearing, and combine with axial balancing drum to balance load, failure rate is 1/10 of reciprocating compressor.

The unit is using special compressor for flooded type, combined with high efficiency heat exchanger, twice oil separating, to make sure the unit has high suitability and efficiency.

Energy saving
Screw compressor has part load function, with multiple compressor, PLC control and precise electric expansion valve control to make sure the machine has best EER no matter in part load or full load, to decrease the running cost. We can also supply step and stepless power capacity for your choice.
