The protein binding of Fluconazole is very low, only 11-12% of Fluconazole binds with the blood plasma protein.The half-life of Fluconazole is approximately 30hours.Approximately 80% of unchanged drug eliminated by the urination and remaining metabolites eliminated by the feces.
