1. This equipment is configured with top, bottom, tangential spray systems to carry out functions like drying, granulation, coating and pelletizing.

2. The processor is one-piece construction, it is consist of inlet air handling system, machine body, spray system and induced draught fan control system. It is suitable for small batch experiment with little space occupy

3. It is work under negative pressure by action of induced draught fan, special designed airflow distribution board ensuring materials sufficiently fluidized even for a small batch.

4. It is easy to operate, dismantle and clean the processor which comletely comply with GMP requirements on pharmaceutical production.

Adopting automatic PLC control and graphical HMI, All the operations are automatically finished according to the customer’s setting parameters, process data can be recorded and printed for analysis.
