Features: 
This product is new-generation leather tanning agent that is developed on the basis of glutaraldehyde tanning agent. It has overcome the shortcomings like pungent odour and containing large amount of free formaldehyde of modified glutaraldehyde.

Appearance: Transparent and colorless or light yellow liquid
Effective content (w/w): > 45%
PH value@25℃: 6--8
Solubility in water@20℃: Miscible
Specific gravity@20℃: 1.110-1.118g/ml
Uses: 
The product is mainly used in leather tanning, pretanning, retanning and combination tanning of chrome tanned leather. It can be used in acidic, neutral and alkaline conditions with dosage of 2-5% (calculated as shaved weight). PH value range is 4-5 or 7-8 and preferably 7.0. Tanning temperature is 10-40℃, best temperature is 30-35℃, liquor ratio is 1-10, best range is 1-2.5, rotation time should not be less than 0.5 hours.
