FORMULA AUTOMATIC CONVEYING & WEIGHING SYSTEM – UPPER AUXILIARY MACHINERY

Designed and manufactured for single or multiple main/minor materials, the system feeds materials based on their physical properties via vacuum conveying or from Jumbo Bag (FIBC). After weighing and storing in bins, PLC will wait for the signal from Mixer, Banbury or Kneader, to discharge material and then start the next cycle.

Via program design, formula management/control and auto weighing and conveying, the quality of products can be controlled effectively, the productivity boosted, cost reduced, manual contact prevented and environment pollution improved. Industries applied include rubber, plastic, chemical, foods, medicine, energy and textile, etc.

◎HMI touch screen shows prompt production, formula setting, speed accuracy setting, batch setting, the amount of materials used daily/monthly, and error alarm message.

◎High accuracy. The accuracy of single material can be down to ± 0.2~0.5% F.S (Full Scale)

◎High stability. The speed of feeding materials is controlled by PLC to boost the stability.

◎Containers for materials are made of stainless steel with Bridge-breaking device.

◎Dust collector is equipped to prevent from flying dust in the surroundings.

◎Barcode scanner is equipped to identify materials, prevent from improper manual  operation and track abnormality.

◎Alarm system is equipped to alert materials, weighing, and device errors.

◎Management is controlled by PLC program.

◎PC central system connects main machine (Mixer) and lower auxiliary machine to achieve auto-management.
