Introduction

• Fully automatic capsules counting and bottling machine ZJS-A is a intelligent automatic capsule counting and bottling machine, which is widely applied to capsule counting for small scale production in hospital, small pharmaceutical factory etc.

  High speed PLC system controls the whole process including counting, filling and monitoring. The machine counts precisely and quickly. Bottles are carried by conveyer belt and filled automatically, which has high differentiate rate, fast responding speed.
  Some accessory equipments can be connected such as feeding turntable, capping machine and labeling machine and so on.

• With proprietary technology of compensated type counting with vertical track, counting precision is up to 100%.

• Bottles are carried by conveyer belt. And the machine preserves some interfaces for connecting some accessory equipments such as feeding turntable, capping machine and labeling machine and so on.

• Mould changing adopts new setup planning with straight pin, so mould changing and adjusting only take 5 minutes.

• It works stably with low noise.

• Stainless frame and all parts connect with capsule are made of stainless steel 316, meeting the GMP standard.
