    一. Comparison of the old H-150 slide valve pump and the new H-200GF slide valve pump

     

    The production of slide valve vacuum pumps in China has been more than 60 years, and the third generation of slide valve pumps has been formed. We divided the development process of the slide valve vacuum pump into three generations: the first generation of the slide valve pump was the H-8 pump introduced to the Soviet union in the 1950s and the H-150 pump designed and manufactured in China in the 1960s. The structure of the pump is the pump. On the same base as the motor, such pumps are large in size, compact in structure, and have a large footprint. In order to overcome the above problems, it was later developed into a second-generation spool valve pump with the motor placed on the pump tank. The second-generation pump has a larger structural improvement than the first-generation pump. The structure is compact and the floor space is small. Since the motor is placed above the fuel tank, the center of gravity of the pump is high and the operation is not stable enough. To overcome this weakness, the third-generation spool valve pump moves the fuel tank to the rear of the pump, and the motor is directly mounted on the pump body.     二. Advantages of H-200GF slide valve pump compared to H-150 slide valve pump:

     

    1. The first generation H-150 slide valve pump tank is in the upper part of the pump body. The second generation H-150 slide valve pump changes the first generation of sheet metal fuel tank into a cast iron fuel tank, moves the motor to the upper part of the fuel tank, and at the same time reduces the motor shaft. The height between the heart and the pump spindle shortens the height of the fuel tank and brings about an increase in the amount of fuel injected from the exhaust port. The third-generation spool valve arranges the fuel tank at the rear of the pump, which solves the above problems, and at the same time greatly reduces the center of gravity of the pump, reduces the vibration of the pump, makes the pump run more smoothly, and the structure is relatively simple.

    2. The improvement of the structure of the third-generation spool valve pump, the distance between the motor shaft and the pump shaft becomes smaller, shortening the length of the belt, reducing the beating of the belt, facilitating the smooth running of the pump and prolonging the service life of the belt.

    3. The third-generation spool valve pump eliminates the exhaust valve cover and the oil separator on the upper part of the exhaust valve, so that the oil layer on the upper part of the exhaust valve is greatly thinned, and the slide valve pump reduces the inhaled moisture during operation. The opportunity of contact between the gas and the vacuum oil, the emulsification time of the vacuum oil is greatly extended; the oil separator of the pump adopts a cyclone structure and is moved to the position of the exhaust port side of the tank at the rear of the pump, and the gas-water separation effect is better, and the pump is reduced.     4. Changed the oil supply mode in the pump chamber, which was changed from the conventional method to the intermittent supply of oil in the compression chamber. This is beneficial to increase the ultimate pressure (vacuum) of the pump, so that the ultimate pressure of the single pump is close to or reaches the two-stage. The ultimate pressure of the pump;

    5. The plane joint surface of the first-generation and second-generation spool valve pumps is sealed with resin and paper pad. The problem is that the pump body gap size is difficult to control, affecting the accuracy of the vacuum pump, and the user is inconvenient in the later maintenance and cleaning. . The third-generation spool valve oil circuit system is equipped with an imported solenoid valve control, which makes the operation simpler and more reliable. At the same time, the external oil pipe is replaced by a built-in, which makes the appearance more beautiful and the structure is more concise;

    8. The third generation spool valve pump is equipped with a filtering device at the air inlet to prevent foreign matter from entering the pump cavity and improve the operation reliability of the pump;

    9. The key parts of the product are processed by the machining center at one time, the shape and position tolerance of the parts are unified, and the cooperation of the pump body and the pump cover is interchangeable, which is convenient for maintenance or replacement.

    10. Compared with the first and second generation spool valve pumps, the exhaust valve cover and the 钣 type oil separator are eliminated. The oil change process of the third generation slide valve pump is simpler and faster, and only the cover on the side of the fuel tank is opened. The plate can be used to clean the exhaust valve and the fuel tank, unlike the first and second generation spool valves, which remove the motor, the fuel tank, and the exhaust valve cover.
