Spray filling capping machine: mainly suitable for pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry round plastic bottles and glass bottles of filling and top capping operation.The equipment adopts cylinder cap mode,die clamping and positioning,with the characteristics of simple and convenient replacement specifications,The machine adopts mechanical transmission, accurate and stable transmission,with the advantages of low loss,stable work,stable output,touch screen,PLC intelligent control, simple operation, man-machine dialogue;can be connected with the front-end sub-loading machine line operation,especially suitable for batch production.Base on stainless steel, the machine meets GMP requirements.

Principle of operation of equipment:Unscrambler bottle-Spray Filling Capping Machine:

1. The bottle is arranged and delivered to the flat conveyor belt;
2. The conveyor belt runs the bottle to the set position and fills it;
3. Complete filling and run the bottle through the conveyor belt into the turntable mold;
4. Run to set position, fiber check to bottle,cylinder work and put cap to bottle(No bottle no capping);
5. The bottle went to the next station to be capped;
6. Deliver the finished product to the next process through the conveyor belt；
7. The equipment has no bottle no capping,the tightness of rotary cap adjustable, output counting function;
