The introduction of the first camera systems in the early 1990s marked the beginning of automatic inspection, which has developed tremendously: high-performance cameras with sophisticated image processing methods are now the standard for efficient particle inspection and the detection of cosmetic defects.

For those areas where even the best cameras fail to see, e.g. for leak testing of containers, we develop complementary technologies such as High-Voltage Leak Detection (HVLD) or Head Space Analysis (HSA).
